En nuestro art\u00edculo, Pollo Norte\u00f1o te brinda una serie de consejos que te ayudar\u00e1n a preparar una merienda infantil saludable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>1. La merienda o lonchera de los ni\u00f1os no es un refrigerio<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A veces se puede cometer el error de saturarla de dulces y frituras que no aportan nada nutritivo. La merienda debe ser vista como un complemento importante en la alimentaci\u00f3n diaria de los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>2. Prote\u00ednas, frutas y verduras son bienvenidas<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Una merienda balanceada debe llevar tres grupos alimentarios b\u00e1sicos: prote\u00ednas, carbohidratos, frutas y verduras. El agua no puede faltar<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Una de las principales bebidas que los ni\u00f1os deben tener en su lonchera es un recipiente con agua y evitar las bebidas azucaradas o con altas dosis de cafe\u00edna.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Incentivar al ni\u00f1o a tomar agua acompa\u00f1ada de una sana merienda, ayuda a crear un h\u00e1bito sano y nutritivo para toda su vida. Una recomendaci\u00f3n que hacemos, es preparar un refresco de alguna fruta tropical con poco az\u00facar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>4. Evitar el exceso de sal<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Consumir sal en exceso provoca la acumulaci\u00f3n de agua, haci\u00e9ndonos retener los l\u00edquidos que consumimos. Esto puede provocar un aumento de presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Lo m\u00e1s sano es que nuestros ni\u00f1os se acostumbren a alimentos con bajas cantidades de sodio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>5.
